Experienced Auto Technician Wanted – Join Utah County’s Trusted Independent Shop!


Mitch’s Autoworks has proudly served Utah County for over 20 years, and we’re looking for a skilled, experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. Centrally located in Utah County, we’re known for honest service, quality repairs, and excellent customer care.


We are an independent repair shop with a clean, climate-controlled facility and updated diagnostic and shop equipment, offering a professional, drama-free work environment.

  • A person is pouring oil into a car engine.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex automotive issues
  • Perform repairs on a wide range of makes and models
  • Services include oil changes, brake jobs, suspension repairs, engine/transmission replacements, and electrical diagnostics
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and safety

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience required
  • ASE certifications a plus
  • Resume must clearly show relevant experience
  • Must have own tools and reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

  • Commission-based pay structure based on experience and performance.
  • No cap on earnings.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Occasional Saturdays may be required to finish jobs, depending on workload
